Walking & Walking Routes in North Wales

The Green Links area stretches from Llandudno in the West to Prestatyn in the East.

The whole area hosts a diverse range of walking opportunities, making it the perfect place for walking in North Wales.

Below is a selection of walks from inspiring audio trails, long distance national and regional treks to beach strolls and wanders with nature.

See the selection of self guided audio trails that will show you what this coastal area houses including ship wrecks, war time installations, rare plants, birds and buildings.

The parks and nature reserves are fantastic short walks in their own right, but if you're looking for something a little different why not explore our suggested walks for the highlights of the area.

The North Wales Path is the best long distance walking the area has to offer in an easily accessible way marked trail.

The Wales Coast Path stretches the whole Welsh Coastline, an astounding 870 miles!

Why not use it to explore the coast between Prestatyn and Llandudno?

Many events aimed at helping those that want to go walking or volunteer to maintain the nature reserves occur throughout the year.

Keep up-to-date through Green Links.
